Labels en Meer B.V. respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This statement explains which data we process, for what purpose, and which rights you have. It aligns with the privacy and cookie statement of Labels en Meer (labelsenmeer.nl/privacyverklaring).
What data we process
When you complete a form on our website (contact, demo request, whitepaper download, newsletter or the Label Cost Quickscan) we process the data you provide yourself: your name, company name, email address and, where applicable, phone number and your question. We also process limited, anonymised usage data via web statistics.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data solely to respond to your request, prepare a demo or quote, send requested documents or, with your consent, send you our newsletter. The legal basis is your consent or the performance of a contract.

Our website uses functional cookies and web statistics via Google Analytics. Videos may be served through Wistia. More details are available in our cookie policy.
Retention and third parties
We do not retain your data longer than necessary for the stated purposes. We do not sell your data to third parties and share it only with processors that support us with email, web analytics and website management, and only under a data processing agreement.
