Our terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements and services of Labels en Meer B.V., unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Applicable terms

Labels en Meer B.V. applies the Nederland ICT Terms 2014 (Nederland ICT Voorwaarden 2014). Our return and warranty policy additionally applies to deliveries. Both documents are available via labelsenmeer.nl/voorwaarden; we will send them to you on request.

Services

Labels en Meer provides implementation, integration and support services around Loftware Cloud. Agreements on scope, planning and price are recorded in writing per assignment.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid out by our liability insurance in the relevant case, or to the invoice value of the assignment. We are not liable for indirect damages. The provisions of the Nederland ICT Terms 2014 apply in full.

Intellectual property and applicable law

All intellectual property rights to materials we deliver remain with Labels en Meer or its licensors. Our agreements and these terms are governed by Dutch law.
